There were a couple of small issues and the management team was on it and a little above there duty they were very accommodating. will recommend these property's to friends and family.

Bad experience booking with vrbo.

It was a bad experience, I had to rebook a different property, still waiting on full refund from first property I reserved. I had to stay in 2 different hotels first 2 nights, then I gave up waiting around and finally rebooked a different property, after that things went good but I had lost two days trying to book another property. I will not be using vrbo ever again.

Worst Travel Experience I've Ever Had

I don't even know where to begin. Six friends and I were travelling to Tampa for a short stay of 4 days and 3 nights. We booked our VRBO 3 weeks before we were set to arrive. This company gave us 3 different addresses of where the home was. They also had us booked for the wrong days. I was on the phone with the property managers, Expedia, VRBO customer service, and Homeaway customer service for in total around 14 hours. Nobody would give us a straight answer or help us out. Finally, at 7 PM THE DAY BEFORE we were set to check in, the property manager finally admitted he had double booked the property and had nowhere for us to stay. To make up for this disaster of a mistake he booked us for one night in a loft that was fit for 4 people. He said he'd give us air mattresses for people to sleep on as we had 7 guests in total. He gave us three air mattresses but no air pump to pump them up. The floor was disgusting and our feet turned black after walking on it for 30 minutes. The sheets were gross and clearly not washed. Additionally, we were not in a nice neighborhood and I was genuinely nervous to be staying there. The next morning we had to pack up and go to the home he had booked for us in another sketchy neighborhood. This place was disgusting. The pool was dirty, there was pool/outdoor furniture in the house being used as dining room furniture. There were unwashed dishes in the drawers, the fridge didn't get cold and was sticky, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the showers had dirt everywhere and was moldy. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets felt like paper. Our windows would not close because they were broken and wouldn't lock at all. The home overall lacked the basic necessities that we needed to have a great experience. Overall, if you want to have an enjoyable time in Tampa, DO NOT RENT from any of the properties affiliated with these people and this management company. They made our trip a living nightmare and I will never book with Expedia, Homeaway, or VRBO EVER AGAIN.

Like - proximity to Busch Gardens, pool. Extremely disappointed - First day was double booked and found out after we were in Florida. Towels, dishes - very dirty. Yard had trash all over. No tv reception, internet or cable. Cockroach in the corner of the laundry room. Eviction notice posted to the door on the day of checkout. Did not feel safe.

I do not recommend this house at all

The house did not look like the pictures at all. It was dirty and old. It was lacking many of the amenities typically provided. It was disgusting.

Beyond disgusting!!! DEAD RODENTS AND BED BUGS EEW

This house was absolutely deplorable, I spent 5 hours cleaning upon arrival while waiting to get a response from owner. Unfortunately, service staff at hotels.com weren’t very helpful either! No hot water in any sinks, only one useable bed when there were supposed to be three, kids had to sleep on sofa together! $127 cleaning fee??? These people are either nuts or on drugs because this house was FAR from clean, it’s definitely cleaner now then when I arrived. Dust everywhere, had to change the a/c filter, why change lightbulbs when you can just throw a lamp in the bathroom, broken soap dish is definitely dangerous and gross! Smell of something dead revealed poison and glue traps in kitchen, and found two bedbugs when stripping bed to leave so not only did I have to clean this filthy place but now I get to wash/ dry clean everything we brought and treat my car for bedbugs! Unbelievable!!! Furniture is broken and all moved around to make it somewhat functional but definitely not what was pictured. Beyond disappointed DO NOT RENT FROM TOM WELLS YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT!!!
