It was a beautiful place, very relaxing and clean. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Bad experience

Requested the room light to be fixed but no maintenance came to do it. Since we brought our baby there, we asked for water boiler but they did not sent us one. We had to borrow from a neighboring room for it. The service at the lounge / restaurant was very bad. We had to wait almost an hour for our food and most of it arrived cold. Nonetheless the view from our room towards the hills is great.

Sir / Madam, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to shortage of staff we were unable to send somebody to fixed the main light. Every rooms should have water boiler but I've found out from the housekeeping that it was not working so they took it away and need to be replace. We have lots of guest ordering meals on that day so that's why it took the kitchen extra time to prepare all the orders. We have take this matter to our management and we will make improvement. Thank you so much for your comments and choosing our resort. Hope when your next trip here we will serve you better...Thank you again

Quiet out of town location

Pros: The location and the common areas in the villa.
Cons: Cafe is located a little far off and the choices rather limited. Perhaps offer other options for those at the villa and chalets?
We had booked for a standard room online but as the hotel was overbooked we were offered a room at the villa for a higher rate. The location of the resort is a little way out of town so it would be better if you have your own means of transportation. The villa itself was clean, well maintained and spacious. Only down side was the wedding event held on the day we were there which continued from morning ltill night with loud karoake enthusiasts exercising their vocal cords till midnight. But we had been prewarned about the event though and it was a wedding after all ;)! The room itself was clean and comfortable and the joint common areas quite pleasing. The dining area had a nice garden and mountain view and there was a cool refreshing breeze flowing through which made for a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. We also had access to the kitchen which was adequately equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and all the necessary utensils. Breakfast was served at a cafe which was located at a short distance away down a rather long flight of stairs. The choices given for the breakfast which came with the room was quite limited, with a choice of only noodles and porridge. Rather a starchy selection so we gave it a miss opting instead to make our own coffee/tea and relax in the comfortable and quiet living area in the villa. The staff were friendly and accommodating and generally the whole experience was quite pleasant.

到着したら、自分の予約はオーバーブッキングされていて、結婚式をしているホールの2階にある部屋に案内されました。部屋は清潔でしたが、閉じ込められて、外には出られず、また、夜中1時過ぎまで、大音響のカラオケ大会が続き、眠れませんでした。レストランでは食べることは出来ず、チェックイン時に夕食を頼みましたが、持ち帰り用の容器に入った焼きそばが部屋に届きました。食事に、外国人税を請求されました。ありえないホテルでした。

Hi...Thank you so much for your comments. We will use it as a guideline to improve our services. During the time of your arrival our resort were fully booked...with wedding reception. NGO's function and family retreats. We tried to give you rooms that have more privacy but it seems that the music from the wedding function disturb your sleep. We would like to apologize for all the shortcoming...we will take this as a references and will make sure that things like this will never happen again in the future. Thank you so much.
