A comfortable and modern hotel. Whilst the staff spoke limited english they were lovely. The plaza was in walking distance but there was also lots of dining options nearby. The breakfast was fantastic and a nice inclusion.

Great hotel. Clean. Super friendly staff.
Only weird thing was they make you leave your key at reception whenever you leave.
Breakfast was hood, they have a small buffet amd also serve you fresh scrambled eggs made to order.

Wonderful place to stay close to downtown and right next to the next ice cream shop in town. Included breakfast is really nice and the view from the top floor is nice.

Great, clean hotel. Good air conditioning and shower.
Not many options immediately close-by for dinner, not too close to town center

Newly renovated
Posted 15 Jun 2023 on HotelsThis hotel has been going through major renovations in the last few years. I usually stay elsewhere but decided to try out it out. Here are my thoughts:
* service is great and the people are very helpful
* breakfast is very good, although they could add non-lactose milk
* rooms very comfortable
* NO hot water for 3 days, which normally is not a problem except the region had a cold spell while I was there
Overall I highly recommend

The location is good. People are nice and friendly. The bed is a little bid noisy. But the bathroom is ok. No hot water, however we are in the jungle so it is ok.
