Staff at location is not trained at all. Service in restaurants slow and disorganized. If you ask anyone general questions they just look at you stunned. Can blame staff but who is training them ?

Security would not deliver my bags to room because small pair of grooming scissors was contained within my vanity set. This made checking in and getting settled to rest after 28 hour international flights quite agitating especially considering steak knives are accessible once past “security”. All in all facilities were extremely nice and comfortable

The staff is not that friendly. For this much for a night I would say the service they had it’s not good. The place is nice and casino. I won’t recommend anyone to stay for this hotel.

I love these place, I always stay here. The only problem is no more free ride going to MOA.
