I have been to Israel 7 times although I visited the dead sea each time I have never stayed there. Being the first time staying at the dead sea for 2 nights my thoughts staying at the Leonardo inn hotel was that the customer service was friendly and helpful, there was ample place to park the car I had hired which was convenient. Food that was cooked in the hotel was delicious,overall a good location and great value for money.

There no water pressure, no hot water, the shower knob is broken. I was not able the take a shower. No heat. The door knob is loose. Staff refused to change room for me.

Posted 3 Jun 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is excellent, it has a good standard of cleanliness and security, but there are two important things to note: the hotel included breakfast and dinner but when I arrived I was told that dinner was not included, very bad because as a traveller you have to plan your expenses. And the front desk staff was good, the restaurant staff was not. First of all they didn't know any other language but Hebrew, which was a big barrier and secondly they don't treat the guests cordially. The workers are the face of the hotel.
