The hotel is clean, well maintained, and located very well. Unfortunately the hotel lacks of service.
When I asked to leave my luggage in the storage room, the employee stared at me with his arms crossed as I put all the suitcases in the shelves. An elderly woman in our party asked for help carrying her luggage upstairs and the employee said that they do not have this type of service. During my stay I could not see any employee smile at any guest.

We have the following rules: we cannot leave the client alone in the luggage storage room for the safety of other luggage. Good location, but very full or large groups. Long waits for lifts, breakfast ok but not huge options

Short walk to Old town. Shopping mall and grocery store in the next block.
Clean hotel room and very good firm bed.

A great modern hotel I’m a super location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and fresh. Excellent facilities and a lovely breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!
