Outstanding location just inside the old town, but only 2 blocks from a modern shopping center and 1 block from the opera, orchestra etc. Nice room with 2 chairs TV etc. Breakfast was good, but missing sausage, omelets, and American style bacon. Breakfast attendant was wonderful, keeping everything current.

Location is great, but everything else is disappointing. This cannot be considered a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are dated and amenities are poor. No hand towels or slippers, no complimentary water bottles, rooms will not be cleaned unless you request it. The hotel has no spa or gym, and breakfast selection is poor. Most staff members do not speak English.

It's a lovely property and the staff is very customer focused. My one complaint is that the walls between rooms are very thin, as I was able to hear my neighbors all the time that seemed to never sleep.
