The first room we had booked was absent of towels, blankets, and AC. We also noticed some bugs lying around and hair that wasn’t ours. When getting assigned another room, the battery on the door became faulty and it resulted in some of our belongings getting trapped in that room. Maintenance took a while but our third room was good, shame it was such a messy process however.

If you stay in the very back be careful because there is definitely drug or prostitution going on back there.
Towards the front isn’t very bad. But they have started turning the rooms into long term monthly rentals so I imagine the quality will start to drop.

Delightful older hotel; clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating.

Room was absolutely gross. Pee stains on pull out bed and mattress all falling apart. The king size had hair, dirt and food crumbs on the fitted sheet under a made bed when we checked in. Nothing wiped down, shower wouldn’t get warm or drain, dirt on floor, rusted microwaves, missing insert for coffee maker and they said they didn’t have any because they were doing away with in room coffee. Nobody up front at time we would have to get up in the morning so had to buy a cheap coffee pot. Gaps in between doors so bugs getting there. One towel and one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms total, ceiling fan remote mia and the handyman that finally got one reeked of marijuana. Remote beyond stick and nasty. Just don’t do it

The first room I was assigned was never cleaned from the last guest, food on the table and bed used. Front desk staff blamed it on a new cleaning person mislabeling what room was ready for a new guest. I was then assigned a second room. Bed was made but there were crumbs and ramen noodles on the floor. I flipped back the bedspreads and there was dirt, hair and stains on sheets. You can tell they were never changed, bed was just made. The floor wasn’t swept. Was gross. The front desk staff apologized and assigned me a third room, to which she left and walked thru herself. It was definitely cleaned, swept and bed had clean sheets. But, the room keys didn’t work. I had to get the front desk staff one last time to make new keys. All the while, she was helpful but I would never stay there again and do not recommend it.

Where to even start. First we reserved the suite, upon check in the lady at the front desk flatly said “it’s not available” she then told me there is another regular room with two queen beds and a pull out couch as my wife and I have three kids.
So we get to the room and there is no pull out couch, only the two queen beds. So back to the front desk and she said “there’s nothing I can do”
So I ask how this will discount our room rate, she says “no discount” never once an apology. So we go from a suite to a crammed two beds with five people.
So we push the two queen beds together and proceed to go shower after a long day of traveling. Only to find no towels or wash clothes. So back to the from desk for the third time. Yep you guessed it, she says there’s nothing I can do as I’m the only one here. So I go down into the dinky wash room myself and there’s no clean wash clothes.
Worst motel we have ever stayed at!

Amazing place! I love love it, one thing disappointed me was breakfast but overall the place and the room was neat and clean. Will definitely comeback and stay here

We checked in at 7 o’clock we decided to leave at 8:30 due to being at the end of the property. The place was labeled as suites which this is a motel. And we left checked out 830 and they refuse to refund the money.
