The hotel had a very confusing drive in arrangement. The staff was friendly but the restaurant was closed regular guests and only open to those attending a conference on property. Also it was not very clean.

Best hotel in Tallahassee with Eve on Adam's the best restaurant in Tallahassee on the 17th floor. Just a few small things off from being real special.

I booked 2 rooms for a weekend stay. The property is in poor condition and in need of a freshening up. Our rooms were located on the 9th floor, the hallway smelled as if the carpet had been wet for quite some time. The rooms didn’t smell but wasn’t clean, floor at entryway was sticky. The bathroom ceiling paint was bubbling and the shower had large chips in the fiberglass. The hotel is not up to Hilton standards and I don’t recommend staying there - I should have believed the othe recent reviews.

It was graduation weekend so very busy but check in took forever, not enough towels, toilet paper. It was not great for the price we paid. I have stayed before and much better.
