We stayed here specifically because it had a pool but the pool was out of service! 😩

The check-in process was a disaster. Not a good system on keeping track of occupied rooms. Many rooms being assigned with guests already in them. Then keys were not working right to the rooms. Guy at the front desk was all by himself. I waited an hour then was told to wait even longer so he could do the people behind me. Need to get a computer system to help manage room assignments!!

Liked the convenient location and ease of check in and out. Dislike it felt old, warm and musty. AC unit room was rattling and sheets and pillows felt very used and old.

I paid $59 for the night for the room. There was a clean bed in a clean room. There was nothing fancy or even new in, or about the room. It is obviously an old hotel with dated equipment, but it has fresh paint and was clean. The only issue I had was that the room was very humid. The chair felt damp and my skin began to feel sticky due to the high level of moisture in the room. And along with moisture comes smells that aren’t pleasing. I guess $68 (total with taxes and fees) for a clean, humid room is all I can expect these days.

The hotel itself was clean but the bathrooms were very dated. Need to renovate. Also, when booking one should be asked if they want an inside or outside room? Many upset patrons at the front desk.

The room was roomy and looked clean. However, the moldy smell was powerful. I checked in at 4:30. I lower the AC to see if it would help. I left right away. I came back after the graduation (midnight). The smell was so bad! I called the front desk, and they couldn’t help me. I called Expedia and got no help. I left at 6 am. The smell was unsafe. A mold problem for sure.

Pool wasn’t cleaned. Limited towels and rags. Breakfast was not like other places, I have visited.
