Great resort in Khao Lak. I think it’s the nicest on the beach in the area. Very quiet and well maintained. They have a great breakfast buffet and the restaurant onsite is good. There are plenty of restaurants to try along the beach too. The spa facial was very nice too.

Felt like paradise.Staff were always there to help when needed and not in your face kind of way.The rooms were amazing and very spacious. Only thing was the time for breakfast.It was too early start and ended really early.Maybe a later finish as a lot of people were still recovering from excursions and was hard to wake up. And maybe a little more variety at breakfast would have been welcomed.All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back again.

Posted 28 Aug 2023 on HotelsStaff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms were large & modern, clean, comfortable bed. Pool areas very nice, long walk from front of hotel to the ocean and main pool area, although a couple of pools in between so no issues there. Not a lot of places to eat or entertainment outside & close to the hotel, but a lovely hotel overall and local business owners very friendly and helpful. About 15 km from KL central, l hired a motor bike which made getting around & trips to KL easy. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing holiday, l’m sure you would enjoy your stay at the Grand Mercure KL.
