This place is straight out of the 80s. The carpet is dirty in the rooms, the toilet seat was broken, there was mildew in the fridge and in the bathroom.

The hotel was conveniently located next to Shinagawa train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room amenities were also fantastic, making our first time in Tokyo an excellent start to our Japan holiday. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

They no longer have direct shuttle bus to Narita Airport.
That was the only reason I chosen this hotel. Next year, I’ll pick the hotel which has direct shuttle bus service.

Very convenient, right in front if Shinagawa's station. The room was perhaps small and decor pretty "old style" but it was was exactly what we expected. It is a convenient, very large and well run hotel in central Tokyo.

Good area to get to the train. Lots of activities around and selection of food. The Aqua Park was great and was on property.
