Loved the room and balcony amongst tree tops - and my daughter loved the 7-11 in the ground floor!

The hotel is in need of a major make over. It feels like being back in the 1970s. But the staff were good and it was clean.
Not much to do in Shinagawa but good for transport links to airports.

Lobby staff area was amazing! Super nice. Easy check-in. Room was on 4th floor. Outdated! Rug looked dirty. Was visited by a roach! Layout for 4 people was nothing like pictures. Very awkward accessing the beds. 7-eleven on property was SUPER convenient though! And room had a cute balcony which we did enjoy. The attached gardens were wonderful for morning stroll.

Family of 8. Two rooms. They put us right across fro. Each other. Shower Pressure was excellent. Clean. 7/11 in the building and a bigger one 5 minutes away. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Our experience was mixed. There is not a lot to do in the area. The furniture and carpet in our room was stained. The room definitely needed an update. The staff was helpful and the lobby and surrounding dining were nice.

Easy access from Shinagawa station. Very helpful staff. We loved everything that was offered except the gym. We wished if they had weights and more machines… there were only a few bikes and ellipticals.
