Good: Clean modern hotel. Nice large room. Chic sink & bath. Wonderful location. Great staff.
Not so good: Room has no place to hang towels. The ceiling smoke & fire alarms glowing right above the bed need to be addressed.

The hotel is new and clean, the twin room is bigger than I thought, near to Shopping street and walking distance to Ritsurin garden

Very friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast, we like the unique setup for the bath area, toilet and sink of the room. 24 hours to supply of basic drinks including coffee and water.

Good location but the map on the site does not really show the exact spot. I had to ask a police box nearby.
Breakfast is good. Room was bit small but clean.

Bien situé et personnel très courtois. La chambre est propre, et la salle de bain est très bien conçue ! La chambre était un peu petite par contre.
