The staff went out of their way to give us a very special experience on our annivesary. The room was excellent, which lots of special gifts, and decor. We also, enjoyed the live music in the restaurant! It was a wonderful stay!! 太谢谢您们啊!

Staff doesn’t speak English. Too noisy. People smoking all over in the lobby.

First Kempinski that I’ve stayed at, that’s not 5 Star! No help with luggage, staff doesn’t speak English. People smoking around the lobby or wherever they want. Disgusting. The rooms are dated, windows need cleaning.

Room for improvement

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, location and breakfast.
Cons: Keep up the good work.
Location: Shopping, food, other amenities.
Great location. Right in the middle of town where most stuff are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff members go the extra mile to keep us comfortable. The only regret is that our room was too warm even with lowering our temp. Nonetheless, the staff brought us a fan to help keep the temp down in our room.

It is a beautiful hotel.

They really did an excellent job by trying an extra effort to pick us up from the cabin of the bullet train. The driver Mr Zhu is an excellent guy with such a sincerity that we are really moved by his extra effort. The staff made an exception by letting my 9 old daughter play Oh Holy Night, Angel Voices,Allegoro and other pieces of piano for my 89 year old mom. I almost in tears when I record the scene.
