Great spa facilities, a kind & real staff. Engage them at any time but a really busy one, and you will find that they are key to the experience.

My room was facing the ocean which gives me a great view! The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and water temperature and pressure are both good. The only down side is you can hear people going in and out of the rooms or talking. They need better sound proof for the rooms. I’ll return if I am around the area again.

Nice hotel with reasonable price

Rooms seems being remodeled and are pretty clean. Services are OK and breakfast matches their price. The only thing is there’s no hot spring in the room.

To those who want to use the hot spring, please bring your swimming costume and swimming cap. It was annoying that such information was not provided beforehand. And the guard to the pool/hot spring was rude when explaining to us the hot spring attire. And he gave us wrong information about being able to soak in hot spring water in the guest rooms. The cleanliness of the room is bad. Found a used tissue paper on the table, plastic bottle cap on the floor when we first entered the room. During breakfast, the waitress who cleared the cutleries was rude. Did not bother to apologise after she knocked something onto my book.

Great outdoor pool.

Nice pool with multiple temperature spas. Variety of jets and bubbles and nice outdoor changing, showering and bathrooms. Would recommend. But if you want a more authentic "hot spring" experience this isn't for you. We loved it. Just what we were looking for.
