Receptionist very unhelpful. I got no breakfast. Very poor internet connection. Very loud outside my room and sleep was impossible. Communication was dreadful as the hotel didn't answer my emails.

您好，您入住前櫃台人員有主動聯繫您詢問抵達時間，並且之後您的每一個問題，我們都有回覆給您。您隔天退房時間早於我們的供餐時間(早上7點至9點50分)所以無法提早為您準備早餐，這點非常抱歉，讓您感受不愉快。房間內的網路我們有經過測試是正常的、可使用的。噪音的部分當天我們未收到同樓層住客的反應，您當下感受到吵雜可以告知櫃台人員協助您處理問題。無法使用流利的外文跟您溝通是我們的不足，我們會再努力的，謝謝。

The property is well maintained with and staffed to clean regularly. It is close to train station and need taxi or bus ride to the other side of town for meals and activities. The breakfast is nice and drinks are available all day long. Our room is not very big but comfortable bedding and a slice of view. The only criticism we have is the shower head is not adjustable so the bath room is all wet after taking a shower.

房間舒適，隔音好～
最重要是闆娘親切，熱情滿滿～～
民宿外還有幾隻可愛小貓咪喔～非常親人
