The staff are very nice with very good customer service. The property is very close to the subway station and many shops around the area. Especially, there is public hot spring in the property. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very well located. Bear in mind the size of the rooms if you are travelling more than 2 with large luggage (not mi case). You are paying for its location instead of comfortable and big size room. For us was a overall nice experience with ease access to public transporation.

A nice location with very accommodating staff and is close to the Tokyo metro.

Great location and right across the street from the metro. This is a business hotel so I wasn’t expecting much, but the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well. There were nail clippings and hairs on the bed. The walls also had stuff all over it near where I slept. On the plus side, there were a ton of amenities the room came with and I never heard any other guests while I was there.
