Simple room that is well maintained. It's got all that you would need packed in a small area. One train stop away from Akihabara.

The rooms(at least the one I stayed in) seemed to be a bit old so you might see some stains that are hard to remove or ones you might not see in western hotels. Overall, service was really good. Just to let those who have Japanese citizenship living abroad, they will most likely ask if you have a Japanese address.
The area is also very convenient. There’s a lot of places to eat. The train stations are also really close to this hotel. I think the rooms are good for solo travelers but not so much people traveling with more than one person unless you can get a room with more than one bed.

This is a very pleasant reasonably priced hotel. We were very comfortable in our room and the facilities provided everything we needed. The front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the location that the hotel is in, feels like a hidden gem. Has many convenient stores nearby, a nightlife and is close to the metro and jr line; with the one line I was able to go straight to narita airport which was nice.
And the staff were very friendly (some spoke English).
Only con is that at night it could feel a bit sketchy around the area.
But through my experience I had no problems at all,
I would definitely recommend staying here!

they have been accomodating despite the language differences. mg friend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel.
