Hotel should have the decency to informed their guest there are renovation on going and this is not acceptable to me.
House keeping staff are nice but they don’t use glove when they do cleaning

There was drilling, hammering and construction noise on all of 4 days of our stay. The drilling on our first evening for 45 minutes, and hammering noise every morning starting at 7:45 am. Then on our last day, we had a large water leak from the ceiling into the entry hallway to our room, leaving a huge puddle of water. I called the front desk and they immediately sent engineers to our room, followed by cleaning staff. Regarding the construction noise, the hotel tried to minimize after we called the front desk. They also provided some accomodations after we called the front desk, handling it satisfactorily. Service was excellent.

Beautifully decorative. Sheets and the bed are sofa and comfy. Staffs are courteous. The location is very convenient. Will definitely book again.
