Hotel location very accessible to the mrt station. The problem is you cannot drop off your guests in front of the hotel.

the hotel room is no clean and found few hairs on the table, bed and toilet sink.

The room was cold but otherwise acceptable

The room I stayed in was cold, due to a gap in the window sealing that also let in noise from the traffic. Probably not a problem during warmer months, and the traffic wasn't audible during the night as there wasn't much of it then. The staff seemed quite professional but spoke poor English, which made it almost impossible to answer some questions I had about the shuttle transportation from the airport before I arrived via phone. The rooms and the hotel in general is visually quite appealing and have a clean and professional design.

basic and fare, nice staff, quick check-in, very close to MRT, next to old street and restaurants

No light poor windows

The rooms I was shown had very little / unacceptable levels of natural light. Prison cells in the UK would be condemned, on this basis, therefore totally unacceptable in a hotel!
