Staffs are so helpful. Have some free local snacks and instant noodles you get from the lobby.

convenient location but soundproof is bad
Posted 14 Apr 2017 on HotelsThe location is great. The price is fine. The lobby is fun with many games. However the room is not quiet enough. Whenever someone talks in the hallway, it'll be like they're talking in your room. The service is okay. Pretty friendly staff.

Great location of the hotel within walking disctance from Ximen MRT and NTU Hospital.
Although rooms can be a little small (standard for the city), the rooms and hotels are well decorated.
Finally, I need to thank the whole staff from the hotel who was very helpful and welcoming. They helped us a few times with sightseeing and restaurants recommendations.
I will definitely come back here when I am in Taipei.

A well located hotel
Posted 27 Mar 2017 on HotelsThe hotel is well located in the city centre, just 10 minutes walk from the Taipei Main Station or 3 minutes walk from the NTU Hospital metro station. It is convenient to go elsewhere in the city or connect with the international airport as the new airport train is now connected. Room is clean and the space is acceptable. It provides basis necessity such as free wifi, wall-mounted tv, coffee and tea and a small fridge. However, there is no safe and cloth closet. As I stayed on the upper floor, the shower water run quite slow. Even though the hotel upgraded me to a window room, I found there was not much difference to a without window room as there was a wall of the building next to it blocking the window and only a gap of about 1 ft. left. Anyhow, the staff service is good and when compared the price and location, this is a value deal.

when i walk in to the building was so dark and my friend was helping with my luggage had fall down so hard,
i try talk to the male staff at the counter about my friend fall down they seems like dont care about it.
and the room that i stay smell urine so horrible ,very bad experience i would not stay this hotel!!!

Warm stay at the end of the day

Pros: Comfy beds and shower facilities.
Cons: The entrance of the lobby and reception counter.
Location: It is in between Ximen and Taipei Main Station. Quite a walk for the older folks if you're bringing you parents!
Overall it was a pleasant experience - comfy beds and shower facilities. Only downside was the entrance of the hotel lobby, it was dark and rundown.
