The bedding and pillow had strong smell, even after I requested changing the pillow. Not sure if the whole inventories were getting mouldy.

Checking in was smooth with self check in but also with a staff present to help if anything. The room can be more cleaner and the room we got has the vise of Taipei 101 but the windows were so stained so the view was not as great.

I asked the hotel to contact a taxi for me. They did not told me to go downstairs and wave taxi. We had difficulty communicating with the taxi driver as it would’ve been much easier for the hotel to call the taxi and give them the information where we was going will not stay here again.
