Staffs are awesome! Location is in the city center but a little bit far from MRT.

Very nice property :) Daily free breakfast was enjoyable. Front desk staff is always pleasant. Room itself is spacious and clean. Daily amenities and towels replenished. Worth the price. Glad I chose this hotel.

The breakfast food option is amazingly rich, and I am glad to get to enjoy the new coffee machine they just installed when I checked in. Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient airport pick up and drop off services. Occasionally the wifi signal inside the room gets a bit unstable, if some wifi booster/ extender can be installed in the future, that would be great. Thanks again!

The room is very clean,spacious and modern. It really provides an ambient atmosphere. The hotel is about 15 min walking from Taipei main train station. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

Normally I would give this hotel a better rating but there is one major issue which is why wouldn’t book the hotel again, something is dusty in the room or probably it’s the down blanket or carpets but after 5 minutes in the room I would start sneezing. Every morning I woke up with a puffy face and I am not even allergic to downs. At one point I could hear someone in the neighbour room sneeze around 20 times in a row. My friends checked into a different hotel after the firs night because he was very allergic. Please change the pillows and duvets.. otherwise the hotel was really great. I like the free self service laundry, that was convenient.
