The room with no windows was cool, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Best sleeps I had on my trip around Taiwan.

Comfortable bed

Super clean hotel with an amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. Many staff members speak English which was also very helpful. They would call taxis for us and made us feel welcomed. The buffet was very good also. Conveniently located. Mall is 7 minute walk. Garden Night Market and other malls 10 minute taxi ride. Tainan is an amazing city. We had the best time and will be back soon.

My following stay experience was all good except on my 1st day arrival, a young lady assistant at the front desk on evening duty whom I asked to assist to dial for a taxi looked sombre.

1.早餐很好！checkout 速度很快（發票事先已印好！）
2.房間乾淨。
3.櫃臺提供的旅遊介紹的地圖中，看不到夏都富朗旅館。建議可以自己設計一張旅遊地圖，以夏都富朗為中心。便利旅客快速理解週遭的景點！

Excellent stay with free upgrade
Posted 2 Jan 2020 on HotelsWe arrived the hotel at around 6pm and were told that we would receive free upgrade as the room availability was rather tight. It was a pleasure stay with a big room with king size bed and the breakfast was excellent. For sure I will stay here again on my next visit.
