Worst booking ever. Dirty. This should be delisted
Posted 8 Jul 2019 on HotelsWorst place. Not a hotel but a condominium being rented out. Dirty and unkept. Walls were peeling. I found hairs on the blanket and The attendant even reasoned out that they did general cleaning and maybe it was the cleaners hair that fell on the blanket. Worst part was it was musky and they covered the smell with strong perfume scents. You could get an asthma attack here. We left and didn’t even stay there. We booked another hotel nearby. I want a refund

Thank you for your feedback. We never claimed that we are a hotel unit. You might probably failed to read our description before you booked. Yes we are a condo unit, which explained our cheaper rates. If you wanted a hotel unit, then you should have booked 6,000-peso unit, but you preferred a cheaper one, so why expect 5 star hotel unit when your budget was for 2 stars? Being reviewed by you as a worst place just because of hair that (as you've said) might be from attendant...was a thoughtless exaggeration. You were in Tagaytay, and the humid air caused the musky odor, which can be experienced in any hotel during colder periods. Pls. manage your expectations based on what you paid. Thank you.
