The lady was warm and kind, but you don’t get the room you order, and the rooms you get are literally disgusting. Noisy neighbours

Went to check the place it was a mistake cancell my reservations staff said ok Will not be charge they lied and charge me not very happy

Normal inn, Malinis, tama lang sa prices, maaliwalas ang lugar. Ang ayaw ko lang maingay sa reception facility nila sa umaga kasi doon naguusap mga ibang client hindi sound proof ang kwarto. But overall okay naman lahat.

I beg to disagree with people saying negative reviews about this place. Though some are right, but their regular rooms (which is the oldest rooms they have) is totally different to their deluxe rooms (the newer ones at the 2nd floor). Therefore, I suggest get the deluxe room just have to add a couple of hundreds which is still cheap. Shower room is clean, aircon is cold, bed is enough for 2 pax, tv with cignal cable. I was not able to ask if they have wifi. There are also chairs and tables outside to hangout or eat. Smoking is allowed. Area is cleaned everyday. Btw, there is a parking area. Near to everything. There is a Fil-Jap restaurant beside it. They have live band during Fridays and Saturdays. They aslo have excellent food and drinks for affordable prices. Very cozy set-up. There is also Morgano Restaurant which is walking distance from the accomodation that caters Italian food. It is a must try! Very convenient with 2 sari-sari stores in front of the hotel that sells everything including ice tubes. From a distance, there is a shop of different varieties of woodcraft. It is also very near from Tagaytay round-about. Employees are very approachable, helpful and friendly. Overall, it was nice stay in a cheap way.
