The hotel itself is nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The area around the hotel isn’t as nice, mainly because there are no great transportation options and there isn’t much around. If you have a car or are familiar with how to get around in jeepneys, this is a good place.

My girlfriend and I came to the hotel, and it looked amazing. The staff and service was on point, and when we arrived at the hotel, the room was highly expected from us with the booking price. The breakfast buffet was ordinary, but when we ordered the dining foods, the quesadillas was not the best since it looked oily, but the beef nachos was delicious. Overall, highly recommended if you want to save up to see the Taal Volcano :)

The front desk staff was very professional, the towels and hand towels look like rags.

Good location. Bathroom fixtures already tarnished despite being a new hotel.
Got one room at 230 pm. By four pm second room was not yet available.We got the second room at six pm, though they state check in is 3 pm.

Hotel is new and clean, staff are friendly, close to Mahogany Market, and Sky Ranch. We had a very nice time.

Otherwise pleasant
Posted 21 Jan 2024 on HotelsI chose a quick getaway with my teenage daughter to ameliorate my allergies. My stay was pleasant except for the in room massage I requested. For one, the hotel staff informed me of the wrong price. For another, one of the massage therapists had a terrible cough which went on and on while massaging my daughter. The other thing was that the room was somewhat dusty and my allergies acted up on entering the room. It was either the carpet or the drapes weren’t vacuumed or the room hasn’t been properly aired.
