One of the worst properties I've ever seen

We did not stay at this property. It is a dump property is unkeept over grown vegatation broken down cars buildings are run down did not look safe.

This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. Very laid back service, we pulled up, they were expecting us, didn't need to sign in or show ID once I showed them the reservation on my phone. No extra charges that happen with most of the time you deal with Filipino services, we will stay here again on the next trip to Tagaytay.

Need to have an over-all cleanliness of the place

Overall, the experience with friends was quite good. However, the service was not that good at all. The superior room was clean but here are the following concerns: 1. there were insects inside the room 2. hot shower was not functioning 3. cleanliness all over the place was not visible

The place is screaming for renovation. Couch and beds are all uncleaned.
