They were closing the hotel down in the morning so we were rushed to leave.

Room was dirty, no extra toilet paper or Kleenex or pillows. Felt like a Motel 6 with some art slapped on top. The front desk staff were great though!

Spots on carpet. Looks like dog throw up. Plus there was dog convention going on.

I had issues opening the door during my entire stay which was annoying, but the staff was very helpful and quick in resolving the issue! The A/C in the rooms was great and it was an overall enjoyable stay minus the issues with the door to the room.

Nice hotel, but the lobby and other common areas were COLD. I enjoyed the art and and it was easy to get over to the Tacoma Dome for a show. The rooms were a bit noisy, so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. Not a lot of food options close by if you are an early riser, especially on a Sunday morning.
