The dining areas very good(a bit expensive but good) and staff very friendly, but the maintenance of the accomodation has declined significantly since last visit. Unlikely we will choose XYZ for accomodation in the future.
Very poor wi-fi, excessive noise from above floor, multiple minor maintenance issues in room, fridge didnt work

Hotel XYZ is the Gem of Tacloban City! I can see why it’s so well-rated. I was skeptical, but that changed once I saw how clean it was. The floors sparkled, room was large and well appointed. Beautiful room colors! The room was beautiful. The only negative was I asked for water, and they never delivered any like promised.
Simple mistake. Overall, I give Hotel XYZ an A if you’re traveling through the airport or around Tacloban, if you find this place it’s worth it!

Best hotel in Tacloban. Have 40 plus stays here. Staff are the best, food is always top notch in either restaurant. Exceptional deserts and coffee drinks in the cafe.
Sad the mini bars and breakfast buffet haven't made it back from COVID. Breakfast is still great!!
