Everything was great. You need to ask the staff to help with bags otherwise it is not offered. But upon asking they were helpful. There were steep stairs to my room. Carrying a bag up was hard but I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to carry them down.

The inn sits at a local street steps away from the shrine and garden.
We had a marvelous Japanese style breakfast. The front desk is really helpful in welcoming us and arranging the taxi.
This is our place to stay when doing a short hop in Narita airport.
