The staff at Reception were super but there was a problem with the Health Centre staff. The infotmation about hours when the pool was available to hotel guests was wrong and we missed out on a swim on our first day as a result. We ate the evening buffet which was good and very good value. Its close to the forest - good for walkers and cyclists but otherwise you need a car.

Awful hotel, avoid at all costs

Awful hotel, in urgent need of renovation and refurbishment, extremely dated decor and furnishings, rooms not fit for purpose.

Für 4 Sterne ein höheres Niveau erwartet(Mobilar in Lobby sehr abgelebt). Sehr gut war der Wellnessbereich.

Was mich definitiv gestört hat, war die Benutzung des Fitnessraum, das mich extra 10 € gekostet hätte. Kann es nicht verstehen. Muss ich aber auch nicht.

Hallo,danke für ihre postive Rückmeldung. Den Preis von 10 hat der Externe Betreiber so festgelegt. Kardiogeräte standen Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Wir hoffen doch auf ein baldigen Wiedersehen in unserem Haus.
