Excelente beds and pillows. Big screen tv with English speaking channels. Cheerful service with airport shuttle both directions and help with luggage all the way to the room. Acceptable quality abundant breakfast with fresh made omelet and waffles

I was charged at arrival additional mandatory costs that were not mentioned when booking. Which lead me to think that they use this maneuver to lower the price on Expedia to seem more cost efficient and valuable per dollar than they really are, in order to capture more costumers. And they deny to provide me with an itemized receipt for those mandatory extra charges (which you must pay at arrival in order to get to your already paid room). I have requested the itemized receipt now 3 times to 3 different people unsuccessfully. I feel scammed. I documented the incident in writing with them and so far they have done nothing about it and I haven’t received even an answer. Awful service.

The restaurant was very expensive and there are no other options so you are stuck paying extremely high prices for a very little amount of food. The restaurant did not match the clientele of a typical Holiday Inn. There were also no filtered water fountains to get clean drinking water from. The only option was to buy small bottles of still water. All other hotels in this area have filtered water fountains and bottle filling stations.

We chose this hotel because of the hot tub and pool and they were not working/ they were cold. This information should have been available when we made our reservations.

Close to the airport, only challenge is parking as you have to drive through the back roads or use the valet service.
