Good hotel

Very disappointing service and food
Posted 29 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe arrived at the hotel after 4 days in one of the camps along the shores of Bir Swer. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, spacious rooms. The problem was with the lunches and dinners, we always arrived about an hour before closing, a very poor selection of vegetables and cheeses. Main courses are full of oil and not tasty at all. The pasta preparation stations closed an hour before time.
I complained to the receptionist Andrew, but no response, no suggestion for improvement.
During the stay there were 5 of us who ate only bread and feta cheese and the children ate chips.
Very disappointing and not worth the nightly cost we paid

ארוחת הבוקר מאוד עשירה וטעימה, אבל ארוחות הצהריים והערב מאוד לא טעימות, רמת האוכל ירודה, הקינוחים לא טעימים, די מאכזב.

Deceivers and Inconsiderate
Posted 11 Nov 2022 on HotelsOne of the worst hotel which deceives it customers by wrongly showing their location. Also, does not bother to answer phone calls. STAY AWAY. Don't book this hotel.
