"Amazing place loves our stay here the best hotel I’ve stayed at breakfast could use more variation but other than that amazing. And a great selection of amenities available very friendly staff"
"Wonderful hotel! The room was very nice and clean, location was convenient (near the Ikebukuro station with restaurants near by), and the hotel personnel were lovely and kind! I will definitely book this hotel the next time I come to Tokyo. "
"I like the location of this place, the cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff. My only complain is the water temperature of the bidet in our room was too hot, I asked the staff to lower the temperature but they were not able to :("

"I liked that the cleaning staff were very punctual and helpful with whatever we asked for. The front desk staff were also very willing to help out those of us that didn't know the language."
"I stayed a huge room!! There is a big closet to place big suitcases in and also drawer cabinet.
The toilet sink and shower are separated so easier for family in the morning.
Just a little far and busy to go into the station.
"
"If you want to feel like royalty, stay here. The hotel staff immediately greets you at check in and seats you to walk you through the check in process. The Bell attendant escorted us to the room and explained all the amenities. I wish I had more time to stay and take in the restaurants but I did try the room service which was beyond delicious and well priced. There’s also a nice garden attached to the hotel which was an added perk. Absolutely an amazing hotel. "
"The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!"
