Ibis hotel is only for one or two nights stay My room when I got there was cold and I didn’t know how to turn on thermostat. The receptionist was not helpful at all Bed has very thin uncomfortable mattress. Hard pillows but nice warm covers. No coffee machine or kettle. Free coffee machine downstairs but that coffee was too bitter for my taste. Only one kind of tea. Bathroom and towels were clean. The problem was shower. Water temperature change too often. I was getting cold shower or burn with a really hot water. Because there was only one toilet paper I asked for extra one. Cleaning lady told me the hotel doesn’t allow extras. Same thing with the box of tissue. Air in the hotel room had very weird funny smell all the time. Chairs in the room are plastic and very uncomfortable to sit for a long time. I did decide to have breakfast once. Foot didn’t look appetizing /taste wasn’t good. Like every hotel, it was buffet style. The problem was the way they spread the dishes. To reach something behind your sleeve could easily touch the first row of the dishes. Stuff in the hotel wasn’t friendly or helpful. One time they move somebody next to my room. This man had the party to 4 o’clock in the morning. When I complain next morning, they told me security was checking on them. It wasn’t true because nobody came. I ask Expedia to reach out to property to see if I could get the refund and move out but nothing could be done. I choose the hotel for it location.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding noise disturbances during the quiet hours. Security did not appear at the hotel because after the receptionist's intervention, the guests ceased their noise, and there was no further need for intervention. Technical issues related to water pressure have been forwarded to the Technical Manager, who will address the problem. Additionally, your feedback concerning the provision of extra hygiene supplies has been communicated to the Housekeeping Manager, who will discuss the matter with the staff working during that shift. We are genuinely sorry that our breakfast standard did not meet your expectations, especially considering that we have recently received many positive reviews regarding the quality of our dishes.We would like to emphasize that we are a 3-star hotel, which means that we do not offer the full range of amenities provided by 4-star and 5-star hotels...We are deeply sorry that you left our hotel feeling dissatisfied. Nevertheless, we hope that in the near future, you will give us a chance to showcase our capabilities.

Modern, clean hotel short walk to the city center and very close to many restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic variety of dishes for breakfast.

Hotel in bester Lage. Altstadt und zahlreiche gute Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. 5min von einer zentralen Haltestelle für Bus und Bahn gelegen. In der Ausstattung sehr modern gehalten, alles ordentlich und sauber. Frei verfügbarer Wasserspender in den Etagen und ein Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby der jederzeit ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Highlight war jeden Morgen das Frühstück, welches sehr vielfältig und lecker war. Es besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit sein PKW in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis zu parken, was allerdings mit knapp 20€ pro Tag sehr teuer ist. Alles in allem trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
