Decent room. Toilet didn’t flush well. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The toilet in room 215 did not flush well. Carpet wet near the bathroom. Other than the previous mentioned the place was average and the staff was nice.

Clean but sad

Bedbugs in Room 125, Unkind Staff
Posted 19 Sep 2023 on HotelsBedbugs in room 125, underwear found in the bed of another room, gum stick to the bathroom wall and pool closed by the health department.
We found bedbugs in our room and were moved to another. When I tried to speak with to the man at the desk he raised his voice at me and refused to discuss any discount or refund. He also refused to discuss helping us clean our luggage.
Clerk was disrespectful and got angry when we raised concerns. Breakfast was poor quality with limited options. Carpet in the rooms has clearly not been cleaned in a long time, it felt very gross when we took our shoes off.
We had to wash every single thing that entered the Syracuse Inn & Suits. We will not be staying there again, and neither will our family members who stayed the same weekend.
