couple was fighting until 4 in the morning in the hallways, photos on website look much better than actual rooms and building entirely, right next to a boarded up building, staff wouldn’t let you inside to check in at night even in the pouring rain had to wait outside.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient! The room was very clean, the pillows were great (the big fluffy ones) and the room amenities were all functioning! I love that they did not make you put a roon deposit down to stay the night either. The cleaning staff the next day were also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! Definitely where I will be staying going forwarx in Syracuse! Gas stations are right across the street and it is a perfect location for Suracuse downtown life and the mall!

We arrive and find pee stains on the concrete and sheet set. Go down and ask for clean bedding , claims he doesn't have any clean at the moment that he could put them in washer. Meanwhile it's 9PM so your going to bring us bedding at 11pm earliest?! So finally offers to check another room that bedding was worse. So we asked for a refund he said no gotta talk to manager. Finally says ok manager said he would refund you can call him in morning if you want. They refund one of our two night stay when we didn't stay either night.

Unkind and harsh reception at check-in. I realize it isn't personal and the guy was not enjoying his job, however, we are guests that paid and traveled far. Wi fi keep going in and out constantly so I mostly used data. It is not in the heart of downtown where it is safe and nice, though that area is closeby. A mile makes a huge difference. We were told by Uber the area was unsafe and don't walk around there. Didn't have that clean feeling with the old carpeting, dark marks on sheets, and suspicious dirt high on walls. Though that is not a reflection of the cleaning staff. They were very kind and doing all required tasks. I'm referring to a separate deep clean or renewal. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the cable TV selections at night. Nevertheless, my son and I were at our first university visit of many so the memories of being there in Syracuse overall were beautiful.

Their was pubic hairs and eye lash hairs on our bed spread. Their was pubic hairs and hair in the bath tub. The drawers were dirty in the inside of the dresser and bed side stands. The phone when I went to go pick it up to use the whole phone system picked up because something so sticky was all over the phone. We asked for one extra pillow and was told the hotel did not have any extra pillows. Had somewhat of a descent breakfast but looked like a lot of containers were empty when normally they are all full. The sausage did not seem to be cooked all the way and the hash browns also were under cooked and just crumbling apart. Was not told or any directions where anything was in the hotel had to find it ourselves. Also their was two remotes to the TV but their was no directions on how to work the remotes to the TV or get to channels. Their also was not a luggage stand in our room to put our luggage on. Are toilet ran constantly was very annoying trying to sleep hearing that all night. The house keepers knocked on our door at 7:30am and woke us up to see if we have left yet or we leaving soon.
