It was easy to reach my destinations and the walking routes were scenic. A supermarket nearby was convenient. Loved living there for five nights.

Clean and decent sized rooms yet staff lacks the customer service skills to make this a truly great spot.

It’s a decent hotel right in the heart of Sydney. It’s reasonably close to all the tourist spots, and downtown. However saying it’s a four star hotel is a bit much. It’s a decent three star hotel, with unfriendly staff, no restaurant or dining options, and a somewhat noisy hotel. Not terrible, not great, just an average three star hotel.

We have stayed at the boulevard a couple of times over the years. We find it a very convenient location with transport right outside the front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful in any requests we had.
The room was also very clean, and the bed was super comfy. It hasn’t changed much over the years so it is starting to look a little dated, but other than that, nothing but good things to say about this place. There are also some amazing little eateries and a cool little pub that we discovered on the back streets which are worth checking out. Highly recommend those.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and if we return to Sydney we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.
