Mold, bugs, stained sheets, no window in my room, you either took a burning hot shower or ice cold. Tv didnt work. Mini fridge had layers of dirt. Toilet was dirty... i'd recommend a park bench before i would ever stay here again.

Dear Molly,We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience.You have never reported any of those issues during your stay neither any other guest complained about hot water problems ( one hot water unit serves 8 rooms, every shower has 2 taps hot and cold you can play around with both to adjust water temperature to your liking )We did go to your room straight after reading this review, tv works perfectly, bugs might have gone away for the weekend ? and window in the bathroom is still thereLet us know if you opt for the bench in the park, we can swing by for a visit, bring some oranges too.All the best

I got covid the during the night before i was supposed to stay, i notified the hotel 7am the morning of my reservation to say i wont be coming in that evening. i understand it was last minute and i still could have come to the hotel and put the health of the staff at risk but decided to do the right thing and cancel. They kept my money , and when i checked later to see if the room was available online, it wasnt, so i guess they booked it out again and doubled down. I didnt expect a refund, but i asked the hotel for at least a credit for a stay in the future, or half the credit for what i spent. Not impressed.

Dear Benjamin,Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and we regret to learn that you could not stay with us.After further investigation to our team, we found the cancellation request was sent very last minute therefore we could not confirm any refund or credit. As a good gesture, our team approved name change however your reservation was booked through third party and need to be changed by your agent, unfortunately we did not received any email or call until we closed. We also tried to open our website and tried to sell the room, but again as it was very last minute and we could not sell the room until we close.Our Reception is available only until 6PM, after 6PM we also closed our website for the same day arrival to avoid any issue for any new same day arrival, it does not mean we were booked as your room was still empty until the next day.We wish this clarification meets your expectation and we wish you may understand.Best regards,Richard

Nice little hotel in the street close to shops and restaurants. You need to rely on the aircon as there's no windows to let in fresh air.

Probably needs blackout curtains. The light comes through the white curtains. Maybe double glazing to keep out the noise of traffic etc

The staff and hotel management were inconsiderate and rude, they were belittling over the phone. Frankly, not worth the hassle. Don’t stay here.

Good location close to kings X. Basic accommodation nothing luxurious. Friendly staff.
