The location is great, 1 block from the beach.
There is no A/C. Ok for most days with a cool ocean breeze. Had a record hot spell for 2days, 85F and so a little warm at night

We waited 2 hours before we could get into our room as I didn’t receive the codes need to enter the premises or our room.
It wasn’t flash but was clean & comfortable.
The Manager was very accommodating & helpful in settling us into our room once we eventually gained access.
There wasn’t any toilet paper available so we had to provide our own.
Excellent location, limited timed parking is a bit annoying but we were lucky enough to get a free park out the front or just around the corner.

Room was clean. As there was availability, the property manager kindly upgraded me from a single to double room. But for $220 for one night I would have expected an ensuite. The view of the petrol station was noisy. Might search harder for another next time
