Room.wasnt cleaned to a high standard, broken glass provided in bathroom, phone in room was dirty, no in room movies, limited foxtel, bathroom needs updating and limited supplies in bathroom

Great place to stay, good location. Rooms are showing their age especially the bathrooms. Brad are comfy, rooms are clean

No microwave but staff did offer to heat or reheat anything at reception, who would do that to them? A terrible, loud sound of a fan with or without the air conditioning system on all night. There’s no way of controlling the air conditioning fan speed. No lunch. I will find somewhere else next time.

Our team pride themselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests however its apparent we fell short on this occasion. I have passed on your feedback to rectify the A/C however our restaurant is indeed open for All Day dining from 11:30am - 18:00pm.Thank you again for taking time to provide your feedback once again as its feedback like this we use to continuously grow and avoid similar situations like this from reoccurring.

Carpets and furniture was not clean.!!! Carpets need to be replaced

The bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is not up to standard. Hair on bathroom floor was not vacummed and bathtub drain hole not cleared resulted water unable to run through when taking shower. 😑
