Don't be put off by the name (a "lodge" has a certain meaning to me) - if you're looking for an excellent hotel near Norwest, The Hills Lodge is it. The rates were better than competitive, and the room was spacious and well fitted out. I had a small balcony overlooking a pool, and I always enjoy having an open area when staying away from home, so this was a big plus for me. The only issue I had was the connections for the TV were not accessible, preventing plugging in a laptop to watch my own shows rather than learn (yet another) hotel's unique TV viewing system. Small detail for most, annoyance to a few regular travellers who have a well developed routine. The Coffee Club is open very early, just across the main road. Also necessary for some of us! I would absolutely stay again. Next time I need to do business at Norwest, I won't need to choose - I'll go straight to The Hills Lodge.

The facilities were great. Clean, comfortable, later check out, good restaurant and food.
