This place is terrible for the following reasons:
1. They charge 30 dollar fee for late check-in. That's a rip-off.
2. It has a mouldy smell, and the next day I have allergies.
3. I hired a room with a shared bathroom. The bedroom was out of order and we needed it to use the one next to the reception that is tiny.
4. The inside walls are dark grey and dismal.
5. The carpet inside the room was dirty.
The only good thing was the receptionist. When I told her the next morning that I didn't like the place, she was proactive and offered to change room. I said thank you but I left and meant to leave the next morning.
I am not demanded for accommodations but this place was terrible. I wont suggest to book it. They really need a good renovation.

I arrived early, but was able to check in for a cost of $30. I was too tired to argue the point, but other than that all was good.

The property office was open until 9pm which was nice. It was a decent room and availability to walk to restaurants and shops if you like. For a quick stay I wouldn’t have a problem staying again if needed.

The bathroom was tiny and the cold water tap didn't turn off properly. In the communal kitchen there was no hot running water. I wasn't able to get the tv to work, but it was clean and the staff were good
