We arrıved 2pm check in they saıd room not ready I saıd how long ıts goıng to take?she saıd no I dea.She took my mobıle whıch is they had allready they said when is ready we call you we went leura aroun shops no hear 4pm I was very tired driving 2 hrs wake up earl Saturday and went back to hotel they said not yet wait 4:35 around we check in that was terrible!even I said when we arrive first I need to see manager they said he cant come they dont know where he is his doing the rooms etc….terrible manangment.

Easy after hours (5pm) check-in and early check-out. I assume prices were hiked up due to the UTMB event in Katoomba, but still the room we got for $667/night was definitely not worth that kind of money.

A bit overpriced for what feels a bit like an upmarket motel rather than a hotel. Rooms, service, breakfast all excellent - would have been excellent all round at about $100/night less than what we paid.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely big rooms. Modernised. Great shower. Easy access for cliff top walks! Good continental breakfast too!
