When searching for a small bag we thought the concierge had failed to deliver with the luggage to the room, he knew exactly where it was - and still in the car.

My stay at the hotel was outstanding. Every member of staff was courteous and professional. The hotel is kept in excellent condition with constant upkeep highly visible. The buffet breakfast is amazing and has so much variety. My room was neat and beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
