This place met all our expectations it was comfortable for 3 people, it had all required facilities. The cafe had great options and the food was tasty and service was friendly.

No fan in bathroom though

The hotel was nice and bright. The food prices were outrageous. For example, it was 4.50 each for a small overdone undrinkable coffee. No vegan options... well there were add ons like avocado and tomato, but you had to buy a breakfast that we couldn't eat to pay the extra for the add ons.. There is underground parking which was good. Check in was not overly friendly, but matter of fact. Oh, and the housekeeping walked into our room at 10.30 am without knocking. Overall it was a good stay.

Again, we are sorry our Housekeepers walked into your room early, we have advised them that unless advised that room is checked out by reception, that they have to wait until after 11am, we will address this with them again.We hope to be able to welcome you back in the future.Kind regards

The room assigned to me looked out at the entry to a property next door and had some traffic noise from the Pacific Highway. There is a utility room next door and conversation from the hallway was audible in the room. The staff were efficient and courteous, and the dining facility was very good.

We noticed you were booked in our King Urban Room, if you are to return in the future perhaps if you book our Urban Balcony room located at the back of the hotel which would mitigate any road noise.We hope to welcome you back in the future.Kind regards
