Not advertising as a hostel style room, no bathrooms in room. Limited bathroom facilities that had no locks working. People smoking inside the property. Generally unclean and not as advertised. Exorbitant prices during busy period.

I'm annoyed at the booking I had..It wasn't actually the hotels fault it was Expedia booking site that needs to get their definitions of accommodation correct!!! Because when you go through select a room for this accommodation all of them say 3 bathrooms so you know it's a shared bathroom then there is the 2 singles, I booked.. you click on that and it says nothing about 3 bathrooms and you go to room amenities and it says bathroom/shower but it wasn't it was a 3 bathroom share room so I wouldn't have actually accepted or booked it!!! if I had a realised that it was a share bathroom room!! Other than that, it's was very comfortable accommodation, I would recommend it!!

Air conditioner did not work and was told room is not advertised with air conditioning. Bed was extremely old and had visible sag and was uncomfortable. No bedside table with a lamp sitting on the floor. No tap or access to water in the room even though it had tea and coffee facilities. Shared bathroom and toilet locks half hanging off. Because it was so hot had to sleep with window open and heard what i assume, the fridge generators switching on and off all night. Definitely not worththe amount charged for a room.

Was in room 14. The bed mattress had a hole or indentation or something. No matter where you lay, you rolled into it. Very uncomfortable nights slerp.

The staff were very polite and friendly and whilst I am a disabled person the amount of stairs weren't to bad.

We flew in on an early flight from NZ, called ahead to see if ok for us to book in early, concord hotel staff member she said yes no problem make your way, On arrival she took payment up front! Then we were taken to get keys for our room, no keys, previous person still in our room. Hallway smelt of fresh vomit, still on wall not totally cleaned away, we were told she would sort out our room would give us a free drink while we waited in bar, we had the free drink, she gave us new keys to our room apologised and asked if we needed her to show us our room, we didn’t think it would be an issue and trusted it would be ok, we Brought lunch which at venue was great, proceeded to our new room to find that it was a pokey single share room which only had 2 single beds for hubby and I! Please note we purchased a double room with queen bed. Coffee mug wasn’t washed from previous visitors, disappointed!
