Hotel is very accessible to Kings Cross station just 3mins walk. The room I got is good and clean especially the bed. I had a good sleep. There’s cafes and bars outside which is good. The only thing if you have a huge luggage is that it does not have lift so please prepare your muscles. :D Good thing I saw a review about that and I was kinda prepared. Overall experience was good.

They need to provide warm bed sheets for winter time.

I'd give it 5 stars except for the thin walls and no staff on duty to enforce a quiet time after midnite. Manager went above and beyond to give us a choice of rooms, and to provide an adapter for our American electronics. It would have been helpful to let us know if we could have a room with no one next door.

Upon check in the lady never smiled once, just asked us our name, gave us a form to complete & asked for I/D. Gave us room key, that was it. Didn't realise we had to hike our heavy bags up 2 floors on our own. Room was unbelievably tiny for the $$$ room rate for one night. At least it was clean & bed was comfortable. Lots of noise from other rooms & the alley below, despite keeping window closed.

Property was very basic, the shared toilets were horrible. Tiny little cubical I’m sure not to Australian standards. I was on the 3rd floor and with no lift access I asked the staff to assist me with my bag as I have a back injury and was advised ‘that’s not a service we offer’. Absolutely NOT worth the money I paid. Bed and pillow were horribly uncomfortable. No air condition and the room was like a hit box

Thank you for your review ,our shared bathrooms are within Australian standards and are cleaned regularly ,private internal bathrooms ,En-Suites are available a slightly higher rate inc air-con ,fans are in all other rooms ,we have 3 floor in the premises ,with no lift as mentioned in property description ,bed and pillows are also checked, luggage assistance is also available we will be checking your complaint regarding that mater, The Management

Very nice boutique hotel with a variety of room options. Very close to the train station and very helpful staff.
